This extremely popular topic has previously been delivered at three West Sussex conferences held in May 2009.
We are working closely with Children and Family Centres delivering training to practitioners and parent groups on this subject.

ATTACHMENT AND THE KEY PERSON

A one-day conference to:

  • Increase your knowledge of the Key Person Approach and explore the significance of attachment theory within this role.
  • To develop your knowledge of effective practice through exploring strategies and practical resources that underpin attachment theory.
  • Consider some of the challenges and dilemmas of developing the Key Person role throughout the EYFS in different settings.
  • Give time for discussion and reflection to plan for your next steps in further supporting the personal, social and emotional development of babies and young children aged 0-5.
