Hand on Heart aims to foster creativity and reflection, inspiring all those seeking to enhance their knowledge and best practice in providing
quality care and education for babies and young children.
Hand on Heart is committed to providing up to date, high quality training and on-site consultancy. We respect the knowledge and experience of practitioners and provide opportunities for reflection and the inspiration to bring about change for the whole learning community.
The training courses and advice given, following consultation, reflect current issues both in education and society today and are underpinned with relevant research and guidance from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Sometimes the most effective way to meet your organisation's learning objectives is by commissioning us to design a programme of training specifically for you.
In these instances we work closely with you to fully understand the needs of your staff and your setting. We also have the flexibility to refine an existing course to make it an exact fit for your team.
Between us we have a wealth of experience both as teachers, trainers and managers. We have worked as Advisory teachers within the Foundation Stage, delivering training, providing in-house advice and ongoing support, including pre and post OFSTED guidance and action planning.
We care passionately about making each child’s individual learning journey a positive experience, which will lay the foundations for all future learning, valuing and respecting the uniqueness of each child……

Our wealth of experience guarantees quality support and guidance. If you are interested in finding out more or would like an informal chat as to how we can benefit your organisation, please contact us.
